課程概述 |
(因為不喜歡線上教學，前三週不上課。)
本課程主要授課的目標學生為生化與細胞分子生物相關研究所學生，以及已進入相關研究室操作實驗從事研究的大學部學生。
對研究技術的不了解常是閱讀文獻的障礙；許多從事研究的學生也常出現研究設計與組織的缺失。本課程主要的設計，希望能讓研究所學生多廣泛的了解生化與細胞分子生物相關的研究中，常用的技術的原理。
每次課程將以一篇高品質之研究文獻為範本，講解其中使用的技術，以及研究的設計與組織。
每次兩節課，課程排至期中結束。 |
